Admission Process
- Applicants must attain a minimum D+ grade in each subject of grades 11 and 12 or achieve at least a second division in their +2 or equivalent examination.
- Upon satisfying the eligibility requirements, candidates are expected to complete the application form thoroughly, providing detailed personal information and academic records from previous educational records.
- The Faculty of Management administers a Central Management Admission Test (CMAT), assessing students’ verbal and quantitative abilities, similar to the SAT format.
- To secure admission in participating colleges, applicants must score a minimum of 40 out of 100 in the CMAT.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students seeking admission in Social Work must have secured at least D+ in all subjects in Grade 11 and Grade 12.
- Passed + 2 or Intermediate or PCL from TU or from any other institution recognized by TU with a minimum of 45% marks.
- Only those students who have passed the interview will be eligible for an admission.

Scholarships
Scholarship Scheme
Scholarship Schemes Based on the Performance on Semester Exam
Full scholarship will be provided for the upcoming semester to university topper students.
The students who have secured the highest GPA in the respective program shall be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 50,000/- if the GPA is above 3.9. However, a cash prize of Rs. 30,000/- will be awarded if the GPA is between 3.6 and 3.9.
The students with the second highest GPA above 3.9 shall be awarded Rs. 30,000/-. If the GPA is between 3.6 and 3.9, the student shall receive Rs. 15,000/-
The students with the third highest GPA above 3.9 shall be awarded Rs. 15,000/-. Likewise, students securing the third highest GPA between 3.6 and 3.9 shall receive Rs. 7,500/-
Note
In case that two or more students achieve the same GPA and are the university/ college toppers of the respective semester, the total cash prizes will be added and divided equally by the number of students who have scored same score.
However, the student with second highest score will be awarded with the cash prize of 3rd position holder since the cash prize will be awarded only for three students.
If three students have scored the same highest GPA, the second clause will not be implemented.
The same condition as clause 1 for allocating the prize applies for the students with same score for second position and third position. The distributed amount will be on the basis of the respective position.
All the scholarship scheme will be guided by KMC Scholarship Policy.
