Admission Process
Application Form: Fill out the prescribed application form online or at the KMC campus, submitting along with 10+2 transcripts, character certificates, and passport-size photographs.
Entrance Examination: Applicants must appear for and pass the entrance test conducted by the college / TU Dean's Office.
Interview: Candidates who qualify in the entrance exam attend a brief personal interview.
Merit-Based Intake: Final admission offers are extended on a merit basis (cumulative 10+2 score + entrance exam performance + interview) until seat quotas are fulfilled.
Scholarships: Merit-based and need-based fee waivers are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis for top scorers in entrance and prior board results.
Eligibility Criteria
Academic Qualification: Completion of 10+2, Intermediate, Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL), or equivalent from NEB or any recognized board.
Academic Streams: Open to candidates from all academic streams (Humanities, Science, Management, or Education).
Minimum Marks / Grades:
GPA System: A minimum grade of D+ in all subjects across both Grade 11 and Grade 12.
Percentage System: Minimum 45% aggregate in Intermediate / PCL.
